At NeonTech, we are committed to delivering high-quality training and consulting services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to provide a fair and transparent refund policy.
Full refund available if cancellation is requested at least 5 business days prior to the course start date.
Cancellations made within 4 business days of the start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after the course start date.
You may reschedule your training to a future date at no additional cost if requested at least 3 business days before the original course date.
Rescheduling with shorter notice may incur an administrative fee.
Refunds for self-paced or online training must be requested within 48 hours of purchase, provided that less than 10% of the content has been accessed.
No refunds are issued for digital products or downloadable materials once accessed.
For prepaid consulting packages, refunds are available before services are rendered, minus a 10% administrative fee.
If consulting hours have already been delivered, the cost of those hours will be deducted from any eligible refund.
No refunds are provided for completed consulting services or strategy sessions.
Once purchased or issued, certification exam vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable, in accordance with vendor policy (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.).

All refund decisions are subject to review by NeonTech management. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of policy abuse, misuse of materials, or violation of terms of service.
